David Fischer

Principal
David has over a decade of experience as a technology entrepreneur. He founded his first company as a junior in college and since then has worked with clients across the United States, in addition to building and selling two internet startups.

He is particularly interested in web application usability and search engine marketing. He speaks frequently on search engine optimization and is an active participant in the national community of internet marketers. David is also active in the Connecticut web design community, as the founder of the Greater New Haven Design and Marketing Meetup, a group of over 250 local design professionals.

David is a member of the Yale Club of New Haven and a trustee of Friends of Yale Rugby, an alumni organization he founded. An All-New England rugby player in college, David is an active player with New York Athletic Club Rugby and a coach of Yale Rugby. He holds a B.A. with distinction in Computer Science and Economics from Yale University. He currently lives in New Haven with his wife, Elizabeth. They are the proud parents of newborn twins Luke and Rose, born in April of this year.

Stephen Robinson

Principal
Stephen has spent over 15 years developing software. He is a prolific inventor and innovator and has "hands on" knowledge of every aspect of building software. His broad background as a programmer ranges from embedded control systems for mobile robots to a client-server research management application to a patented technology for managing a wireless network community.

For the past seven years he has focused on web application development and has led project teams developing major applications in J2EE, CakePHP, and Ruby on Rails. He spent four years architecting and building a mission-critical contract management system for NetJets, Inc. and has led teams of up to 10 people on multi-year projects for clients in a range of industries.

Stephen has deep knowledge of requirements analysis, technology selection, security, and scalability. He speaks frequently on a variety of technology topics, including recently at IBM comparing Ruby on Rails, CakePHP and Java Struts.

A native of England, he holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Durham University (U.K.) and spent two years as a post-doctoral research fellow at Yale University. He lives in New Haven with his wife Melissa and enjoys running, hiking, playing guitar, and crashing model helicopters.

Gianmarco Passalacqua

Director of Human Resources
Gianmarco started his journey in Human Resources working in Peru at Certicom - a nation wide company with a staff of more than one thousand. He began working as an Assistant Recruiter and was soon promoted to the position of Recruitment Manager.

While working for Avity LLC, a US based software and web development company, Gianmarco gained specialization in IT and Web Development recruiting by successfully establishing the company's first remotely operated Human Resources department. He helped create a detailed and interdisciplinary process for hiring professional developers and projects managers. He has carried this process into Dream Staffing, guaranteeing the highest quality of candidates for our clients.

Gianmarco earned his B.S. in Psychology at the University of San Martin De Porres in Lima, Peru and obtained a specialization in Human Resources Management at IPAE. Gianmarco currently lives in Lima and enjoys playing basketball, camping in the forest and beaches of Peru, and participating in wild life conservation organizations.

Paul Nolan

Account Director
For more than two decades, Paul has worked with leading corporations to develop online programs for branding, sales promotion and marketing to strengthen brand identity and awareness. He has an In-depth understanding of technology and the consumer electronics categories.

Paul recently created and continues to manage Infinibrand.com, a web-based platform allowing brands to automate customization and distribution of advertising materials into local markets and distribution channels. He has also managed and directed numerous web applications, websites, ecommerce, and Flash projects.

Paul prides himself on his client relationship skills. He is an excellent listener and effectively communicates with clients to determine their exact needs. Paul's account management style can be summed up with a quote by Stephen Covey, “Seek to understand then to be understood.”

Originally from upstate New York, Paul attended Rochester Institute of Technology, earning a degree in Marketing, Branding and Design. He lives in Westchester with his wife Randi and their three children. An avid skier, when he's not working, Paul and his family enjoy the mountains and lakes of the Adirondacks.
