Screening
We've been in the software development business for a long time and have learned a ton about where and how to find quality people. Based on our own need, we developed a method to find the right programmers. Our 11 step screening process checks for experience, problem solving abilities, intelligence, and communication skills. Our programmers are tested by fellow programmers who are up to date on the latest technologies.
Staffing
With Dream Staffing, you have access to the staff you need, when you need them, for as long as you need them. We provide both on site and off site programmers.
Systems
Based upon years of experience managing programmers, we have created custom software to track activity and provide accurate accounting of hours. Programmers enter detailed descriptions for each task into an online application, which is used for billing. Our managers have weekly client meetings where to review hours and address any concerns
